On a job site, the punch list is the final walkthrough: every unfinished detail hunted down and closed out before the keys change hands. Ken ran that process for 30 years. What if some items are bigger than others?
That's every list. He'll flag anything that's really its own project or needs a licensed trade, and knock out the rest in the same visit.
Is my list too short to bother you with?
Send it anyway. If it's worth a trip now, he'll come now, and if it makes more sense to bundle, he'll say so. Either way you get a straight answer, not a brush-off.
